the unbearable importance of earnest being

Her smile was a
haystack made entirely
of needles. I'd have walked
a mile with a camel with a
broken back on my back if I
could undo the unease, or under
-ease, or prickly awkward awareness,
or whatever the hell it is

I see there, but 
perhaps 
telling you this 

out loud
