rolling eyes

Rolling eyes
come oft in pairs
upon the chance
of poor-laid bet
in gamble conversational,
in gambit careless of regret.

Of all those eyes, by twos
I've rolled like just as many
rounded dice, I bet on yours

most every time

to show my hand
and win my price.
