The person who walks in

The person who
walks into a
room

bearing
visible signs
and stains of sweat,
mucus, vomit, urine, blood
and feces

is

an uncomfortable reminder
to some of the people there.

“Ah yes. The true animal
nature of us all, revealed.
You know,

we’ve all
gotten so sophisticated
around here, it quite slipped
my mind.” Thankfully,

almost no one does this.
