I, burlap.

I am burlap.
Heavy, coarse and strong.
Uncomfortable to look at
long. You picture yourself
wearing me, and you're
more into silks, you see.
Or cotton, soft and breathable.
Or even wool, for big warm
coats!

But I
am burlap underwear.
And nothing else!
I see
you are
a bit intrigued,
a bit repulsed.

You must be wondering how
I'd feel, with inner
fascination cringe?

Oh, anyway
I have my hopes.
