Without the map
there used to be,
or all the postcards
that went with,
this empty corkboard
seems quite fresh
and waiting for
a journalist, or
some detective
to connect the clues
no longer here
and there, stuck in
by pushpins
all since gone
packed up, shipped off
to travel worlds
beyond our care.
