"Go climb a lake!"
"Go jump in a tree!"
We have such tiffs,
do you and I. Or 'rows'
you might say. But you
and me,
have decided it best
to row differently.
"Go piss up a kite!"
"Go rope a fly!"
The rule is no crack
can be twisted straight.
It must be half-off,
or upside-ways.
The detached admiration
it brings is great.
A Pocketful of Poesy was and is again a Poem-a-Day(-on-Average) Blog! For 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and now for 2017 and going forward, you may expect to see 365 poems every year, 366 for leap years.
