Prayers are thoughts so
MIGHTY people need
help carrying them out.
Help, by the way, from
a being who - far as a lot
of us can tell - might just
as well be imaginary.
Which if so - harmless,
too!
If not though, the sheer
harm involved could be
beyond imagining. This,
when you think about it,
is why many people are
like "Keep your prayers!
Too dangerous! We don't
know how powerful! NO
powerful probably, but it's
WRONG to toy with forces
you can't understand! YOU
PLAY GOD"
It's a fair point, often lost
in the shuffle. Prayers,
prayed wrong then granted
by a who-knows how existent
or powerful God, could be
catastrophic prayers. The
so-called power of prayer
is beyond our control! Or
no problemo, depending.
Play it safe, maybe. Or if
you do, please pray safe.
Pray for safe things, then
everybody's pretty much
covered
in the shuffle. Prayers,
prayed wrong then granted
