The biggest drain upon
energy
is something hanging over
I have to do. Surprise tasks
- I leap to accomplish fast!
But a thing sunk into
my future flesh
like a nail
bangs into and through,
and holds me stuck.
I guess I procrastinate,
but really it feels much
more like a rut, that
I can't get into
until it's too late.
