apart from those times
I was asking something
of another. Decline
is fine and free,
on balance and whole!
Anything that I'd want,
I don't want by demand,
coerced control or a misguided
act of self-sacrifice. I
would only want
if they want to give.
It's not 'cause I'm nice.
