cash card

I carry stacks and sheafs and reams 
of cards with chip and magnet stripe. 
Some ones, some fives, some twenties, tens, 

each card's face value is alright. 

I hand these to dumbfound cashiers 
for purchases of twigs and leaves. 

They hand back cards of oh-six-nine
or oh-four-three or one-point-two  

I don't know what 
to do with these
