I swallowed a whole unchewed ice cube
it stretches as it rips down my guzzling throat
the Coca-Cola soothes and refreshes the wound.
Oh boy, I am glad I'm alive to note.
Note to self: in the future, make sure the ice
is all melted like you thought, in this glass
you forgot - and grabbed like a maniac
to drink down fast
before it can warm
even one more degree
towards hot
ahh
