There was a point of sensation
on her arm.
It wasn't pain
but it hurt the same.
Acute, intense and describable,
without being anything one can name,
but it faded away, which was even worse.
Now she couldn't even describe the feel,
except that it was. She was sure of it.
She'd never felt anything quite so real.
