Most people have to accept
what is given them. They
are the acceptions. Others
reject it on principle.
They cannot abide the conditions,
even though no conditions were
even declared - they're implicitly
bad enough. Since it wasn't what you
yourself took on, whatever they give
can go get stuffed. The rejectuals
respectfully ask that you do
and give what they request
and demand, and give nothing
to them otherwise.
In these ways they forge
their self-made lives.
They thank you for what
you understand.
