would shatter any number of lesser hearts,
like yours. To bits. Just be glad: this burden
is mine, to bear. You will never know the force
of it. The force
of how much I love you.
But no, don't thank me!
I do it gladly.
Such is the strength of my love, that it makes light
of paltry burdens.
